Dr. Charlotte Morton
BDS Practice Principal
Charlotte graduated from Newcastle University in 2002 and has gained a wealth of general dental experience over the following years. After happily working at Smile@Westpark as a private dental associate for several years, Charlotte is now the owner and Principal of the practice.
Charlotte’s interests include keeping up to date with training and completing courses which further develop her dentistry skills .
A lover of animals and horses in particular, Charlotte can often be found at weekends riding and enjoying her much loved horse Rubi.
After qualifying as a Dental Nurse Pam went on to study to become a Dental Hygienist. She has been an integral part of the Smile@Westpark team for over 18 years.

Practice Manager & Dental Nurse
After receiving her National Certificate of Dental Nursing and working at the practice as a nurse for 14 years Kathryn decided to further her studies, doing a Foundation degree in Business Management. Since then she has worked at Smile@Westpark as the Practice Manager, focusing on patient liaison and the management of day-to-day administrational tasks. She also works with the Dentists to create the personalised care plans for each patient.
“I really enjoy working with our patients on a one to one basis, getting to know them and working alongside Diane and Charlotte to develop individually tailored care plans for each of them. I find my experience as a Dental Nurse particularly valuable, as it means I can provide patients with valuable, informed advice.”
Haidee began working as a trainee Dental Nurse at the practice in 2013 and by 2015 became fully qualified.She enjoys working as part of a team and also interacting with patients, helping them gain confidence and feel less anxious.
Haidee continues to develop her professional knowledge in further training.
Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. She is also a dog lover having 2 beautiful Cavapoo’s .
Zoe has been with the practice since 2014, becoming fully qualified as a Dental Nurse 2 years later. She has become an integral part of the team, working both on reception and in surgery.
Zoe enjoys travelling, eating out and socialising with her wide circle of friends.
